When is personal data deleted?
Fløirestauranten has internal routines that ensure that personal information about you is deleted in accordance with the privacy regulations. Fløirestauranten processes your personal data for as long as the customer relationship lasts. Personal information provided in connection with purchases in the Fløirestauranten online store is deleted when the event in question has ended.
If, in connection with the purchase of tickets, you have given consent to be contacted after the end of the customer relationship, your personal data will be stored until you withdraw your consent. You can withdraw your consent by sending us an email and we will remove and delete the consent.

Google Tag Manager handles tracking codes and refers to tracking setup and tracking to third-party solutions such as Universal Analytics (Google Analytics) and is used for optimization of the website and marketing services. All tracking codes are run and handled via Google Tag Manager.
Google Analytics
This analysis tool is used to study traffic, usage patterns and trends on our websites. The data collected is used to optimize the user experience and adapt the content of the website. According to Google's guidelines for the use of Google Analytics, no personal information is collected about you as a user. The data collected is stored on Google's servers. We store data such as movements on the website and certain actions (e.g. if you use a form). All information is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Facebook and Linkedin Pixel
Facebook and Linkedin Pixel are used to manage and measure the effect of advertising in social media. By tracking the actions the user performs on the website, we are able to improve advertising campaigns, create smart target groups and conduct remarketing. (The Facebook pixel is also used for Instagram, Messenger, Instant Articles and Audience Network, and use of the Facebook pixel therefore also covers these channels).
These media's analysis tools give us access to statistics where we e.g. gets to know which pages have been visited as a result of an advertising campaign and which actions have been taken (order/contact form). This information is anonymised.

Hotjar is an analysis tool that maps user behavior on the website. We use this to understand how visitors interact with the website. Hotjar pixel is sent e.g. the following information to Hotjar's servants:
