In Peisestuen you meet engaged bartenders who combine knowledge, craftmanship and local ingredients. Every drink is carefully composed to take you on a small taste journey in every drop. Our signature drinks are made with care and precision, and each has its own illustration and a poem created by the bartenders themselves.

"The best cocktail experience"
This was possibly the best cocktail experience I have ever had! We dropped by after a mountain hike, and we could easily come back just for this cocktail bar. Everything was so carefully balanced. Unique flavour combinations that worked perfectly in every single cocktail we ordered. The atmosphere was incredibly cosy, the bartenders were very welcoming, and you could not ask for better views!
"A hidden gem"
This place is something of a hidden gem! The cocktail menu was a very pleasant surprise — far from boring. The menu offers great options, like "Eir", which was fresh and flavourful. But what really caught my attention was the quality of the garnish and how well it matched each drink. It is not just about serving alcohol — these people want to take you on a little journey at the top of the mountain. I will definitely be back!

I was there with a friend for some drinks. The atmosphere is super cosy and inviting, we had some cocktails, and they were all fantastic, well presented, tasty and very creative.

Peisestuen at the top of Fløyen is without doubt one of the cosiest places in Bergen. From the moment you walk in, you are met by a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes it hard to leave.

Stumbled across this gem on a long walk on a snowy afternoon, and we could not have been luckier. The perfect reward after a bit of uphill, the best martini I have tasted in the country, and outstanding service. Cannot recommend enough!
