Our menus are a tribute to the seasonal produce from mountain, fjord and flora in Norway. Ingredients with strong local roots. The menu shifts with the season. Spring, summer, autumn, winter. There should be a green thread in our food and drink philosophy. Here, culture and nature meet on the plate. We honour our roots, and we are conscious of the footprint we leave behind.
