Yes, the last funicular down for restaurant guests leaves at 23:15. Later departures can be arranged for Christmas parties for larger groups and if you have booked a private room.
No, Fløibanen tickets are additional. We can offer these at a discounted group rate and send as a shared QR code. They can be paid on the same invoice as the rest of the restaurant visit.

"Perfect Christmas party"
We were 9 people at a Christmas party with a varied menu. Everyone was very pleased, with both lutefisk, ox cheek and baked cauliflower! Lovely fish soup and scallops for starter, and the same for dessert. Nothing to fault with the service either. Even though the room was full, the noise level in the venue was acceptable, even for those with hearing challenges. A bonus to look down on decorated Bergen.
